Time to update my profile. For the past 11 years I have been living in a mountain community in the country of Panama. Altos del Maria is a gated community located in central Panama about 90 minutes from the capital city of Panama City. Just a short 30 minute drive and we can be enjoying the Pacific beaches. Coronado the nearest city on the beach provides us with grocery stores and shopping centers. Panama has the world famous Panama Canal which is a must for all to see. Also since Panama is a very narrow country and from some locations in Altos del Maria one can see both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans. Our temperatures in the mountains remain between 78 and 81 degrees year around. Hurricanes do not effect us. Perfect place to live.
